    Translated:

 "In this universe there is no from of knowledge which is not perceived through sound.  Knowledge is pierced through by sound, and thus, all that is created is but the result of sound.

'Utterance brought all Being-ness, HE(God) pronounced BHU(for Earth) and the earth was born""

The Observer that observes any kind of change within or outside of itself, is both –Changing and Unchanging– Ironically, the changing part Observes the Unchanging or Stillness outside and the unchanging part observes the change outside"

 The gist of the above mentioned:

So, what could transcend both of these, the changing and unchanging states?" - Definitely "Being-ness"
